We have launched a new business called where people can sign up to receive great deals on products that are good for us, our families and the environment, I was wondering how much does it cost to do a shout out out on your facebook page and email newsletter.     Just stop eating fried stuff stick to vegetables cooked or raw and see how fast you loose weight and just go for walks I dropped 4 kgs in 2 weeks.
