"It's not easy being green", so the song goes. Well, it's not too bad, you just have to make a little extra effort. I'm glad that Kermit didn't have these lyrics in the song, it's not so easy to sing!

Being green these days is not really that difficult and with places like Ecostore available to us, it can be easy.

Ecostore's online shop, ecostoredirect, has bundled up some kitchen goodies for you to green up your kitchen and remove nasty chemicals from where you prepare your food. It makes sense, doesn't it?

If you want to try and live a healthier lifestyle, why use harsh chemicals where you prepare, cook and clean your food? This came as a bit of a eureka moment for me not so long ago. I have been using baking powder a lot for cleaning stubborn stains from my dishes but hadn't really thought about the health benefits of using more natural products around the kitchen. Grabbing the same products every time at the supermarket is habit, I guess. Well now I have a new habit and I feel happier for making that choice!

    A friend has been singing the praises of eco-store products she bought, like the laundry liquid, & spray cleaner she says they are terrific We must all do our bit to be kind to our waterways.

    I just bought an Ecostore baby pack online. Products arrived super quick and the all look/smell superb. Can't wait for baby to arrive so I can start using them.

    We have used all Ecostore products in our home for 10 years so it was natural to carry over using them in our Bees Blessing business. we believe not using harsh chemicals is much safer in a food preparation environment and so much kinder to the planet! Our business aims in every way to reduce, reuse and recycle!

    Ecostore's products are a really MUST USE range of products to help our environment, I am doing my best & gradually changing, this would help me switch faster :-)

    Regarding my previous comment about Ecostore refill service, the following products can be refilled in store, with your old Ecostore bottles for that product:

    * dishwash liquid
    * laundry liquid
    * multi cleaner conconcentrate
    * bodywash 400ml
    * handwash 500ml

    Wow, it is great to see so many vocal Ecostore fans! I agree, they are doing a great job and their products are fab.

    If you're in Auckland, don't forget that you can pop into their Scotland St store with your old Ecostore bottle and refill it with a couple of their most popular products. I will find out which products these are and will let you all know!

    To go green is the best thing I ever did. it made me feel good & have been telling families & friends to do the same. We have to preserve our beautiful planet & it always starts at home.

    I would like to make more of a concerted effort to do what I can to save our planet and to start by using products that are environmentlly friendly. If each person does their small bit then the difference for the future generations will be immense

    I feel good about going green, I have started doing things like sorting out my plastic bottles and other things you do to recycle and it is actually making me feel good about my self, so using non-chemical products is my next very important step
