Being a food blogger can be dangerous, as I have found. You end up eating more, all in the pretense of 'doing it for the blog', sampling your food and other yummy goodies that you find.
Ah yes, it is a dangerous profession.
And that is why I go to the gym. Admittedly I don't go as often as I should, but it is better than not going at all. And my gym - BodyTech - has an emphasis on building strength, which is great. I love feeling strong, even though I know that I'm still a long way from my ideal shape. It's a continuous journey and exercising means that I can enjoy my food with less guilt, then that's all good by me!
BodyTech has a unique concept: fewer, harder workouts. I do the supervised circuit, which is a 20 minute hard workout under the eye of a trainer. It's hard but only 20 minutes. If I can do it, so can you!
Competition
BodyTech have a one-month membership to give to one reader to try the gym. The prize is valid at either the Mt Eden, Ascot (Greenlane) or Smales Farm branches (all in Auckland).
To enter, simply answer this simple question:
Which strength exercise do you enjoy the most?
(I would answer triceps, because I like watching my little pipis grow)
Simply fill out the form below to enter the competition and be added to
the So D'lish newsletter database. Entries must be received by 5.00pm
Friday 10 September 2010. By entering the competition, you agree to the So D'lish competition terms and conditions.
